How It Works
A refundable deposit gets the search started. You stay informed at every step. Final approval is yours once you've seen the watch, the condition report, and the photos.
Tell Us What You Want
Share what you know. Brand, model, reference, condition preference, and budget. Not sure about the exact reference? Describe what you're after (for example, "Rolex Submariner, black dial, ceramic bezel, full set") and we'll identify the right options. The more detail you give, the faster we narrow the search.
We Search Our Network
We actively reach out to dealers, collectors, and sourcing contacts we know and trust. Common references can land within a few days. Rare pieces, specific dial variants, or full set only requests may take a few weeks. We'll give you a realistic estimate upfront and keep you updated throughout.
We Inspect and Authenticate
Every sourced watch goes through our full authentication and inspection process, the same as our own inventory. We photograph it under honest lighting and document every detail of its condition. You'll see the full photo set and condition report before you make any decisions.
Review, Approve, Receive
You see the watch, the price, and the condition report. If it matches what you asked for, we walk you through secure payment (Zelle, wire, or escrow) and ship fully insured via FedEx Hold for ID verified pickup. If it doesn't match your spec, we work it out, either adjusting the search or resolving it on our end.

It depends on the watch. Common references in good condition can sometimes be found within a few days. Rarer pieces, specific dial variants, or full-set-only requests may take longer. We'll give you an honest timeline estimate when we review your request, and we'll keep you updated throughout the search.

It happens. Some watches are genuinely scarce, and we won't bring you something that doesn't match what you asked for just to close a deal. If the search comes up empty after a reasonable effort, we'll let you know honestly. You can keep the request open or close it -- your call.

No. We'll present the watch with full photos, a condition report, and the price. If it's not what you want – wrong condition, wrong price, wrong feel – you pass on it with no penalty.
